The right set of wheels depends on vehicle characteristics and desired ride quality. When choosing wheels for your car, truck, or SUV, consider the following:
Size
Various wheel sizes and weights hold different performance characteristics. If you plan on upgrading your current wheel size, be sure to consider the maximum wheel size allowance on your vehicle.
Weight
Wheel weight impacts vehicle performance. Heavier wheels increase braking distance and reduce handling, while lighter wheels will improve maneuverability and braking performance.
Terrain
Where do you drive most often? Wheels should be selected based on their primary function.

If you see something you’re not sure about during your inspection, have it examined by our professional technicians.
- The tread is worn beyond the recommended tread depth level
- Uneven tread wear
- Shallow tread
- Troublemakers (rocks, nails, etc.)
- Damaged areas
- Damaged valve caps
- Pay attention to the “feel” of your tires as you drive.
- A rough ride may indicate tire damage or excessive wear.
- If you notice vibrations or other disturbances while driving, immediately reduce speed, drive with caution until you can safely pull off the road and stop, and inspect your tires.
- If a tire is damaged, deflate it and replace it with your spare. If you do not see any tire damage and cannot identify the source of the vibration, take the vehicle to us for a thorough inspection.
